How do I place an order?
Browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide a shipping address and choose a payment method to complete your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they haven't been processed by the vendor. Contact the vendor directly through your order page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status in the My Orders section of your account.
Shipping
What are the shipping options?
Shipping options vary by vendor. Standard delivery within Accra typically takes 1-3 business days, while regional deliveries take 3-7 business days. Express shipping is available on select items.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available for select vendors. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the vendor's location, your delivery address, and the weight of your order. Free shipping is available on orders over GHC 500.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Some exclusions apply for hygiene products.
How do I initiate a return?
Go to your order page, select the item you wish to return, and follow the return instructions. You'll receive a return label via email.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Do you offer payment plans?
Selected vendors may offer instalment payment options. This will be displayed at checkout if available for your order.
Account
How do I create an account?
Click the Account button on the top right and select 'Sign Up'. You can register using your email address or phone number.
I forgot my password
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
How do I update my profile?
Go to your Account Settings where you can update your name, email, phone number, and shipping addresses.
Safety & Trust
How do you verify vendors?
All vendors undergo a verification process including identity verification and business documentation before they can list products on Bayareech.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact the vendor within 48 hours of delivery. You are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
