By accessing or using Bayareech (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Description of Service
Bayareech is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects buyers with independent vendors offering fashion, beauty, electronics, home essentials, accessories, and more. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers but are not the seller of the products listed on our platform.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Vendor Terms
Vendors selling on Bayareech agree to:
- List accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability
- Fulfill orders in a timely manner as specified on the platform
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain quality customer service standards
- Not list prohibited items including food, alcohol, or regulated goods
Orders and Payments
- All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedi (GHC) unless otherwise stated
- Payment is due at the time of placing an order
- We accept major credit cards, mobile money, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
- Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by the vendor
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs are determined by individual vendors and displayed at checkout. Bayareech is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Each vendor maintains their own return and refund policy. Please review the vendor’s return policy before making a purchase. Bayareech may assist in mediating disputes between buyers and vendors.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to manipulate prices or interfere with other users
- Post false or misleading information
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others
- Engage in any activity that disrupts the platform’s functionality
Limitation of Liability
Bayareech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
